We are a well established Fabrication shop, Manufacturing precision parts to exact specifications.
Our machine will pierce through materials up 150mm thick plastic coated materials, composite materials, ceramics and just about any other material known to man. Exotic materials such as Titanium and alloy steel's are easily cut with no need to pre drill holes. is a cold cutting process that produces no heat affected areas or burnt edges, melt, this allows materials to be cut that would normally burn, harden or crack by other cutting methods.
Waterjet.
Incorporating : Fitting, turning and the latest in abrasive water jet cutting technology, machining, Welding, our machine has 5 axis which enables us to produce cut's with a true angle of up to +/- 55 deg with a continuous rotation. Custom designs, 1 off prototype items and mass production manufacturing. (more).
