SAFE OPERATION acknowledgment : Lessee acknowledges that he she has been instructed about and fully understands the safe operation of the Jumping Castle that is subject of this Rental Agreement. Lessee also represents and warrants the safe return of the unit and hereby agrees to pay the stuffed price on hired items, if it not returned. The Jumping Castle is supplied and maintained subject to this warranty. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The lessee shall be in charge of the Jumping Castle’s operation, and is fully responsible for its operation as well as return of the Jumping Castle in appropriate working order. The Lessee shall indemnify the Lessor and it’s officers, employees, and agents’ from against any costs incurred due to claims from anyone and for attorney’s fees and related costs involving the use and return of the Jumping Castle, should legal action become necessary. We will deliver and install your chosen to jump castle earlier your chosen hire time begins, and it will be taken down behind your hire time ends. Unless otherwise arranged, the site for the jumping castle must be within 25 meres of an electricity point, and be on grass. There must be access of at least 1.2 meres in width to get the jumping castle to the set up site. We will instruct you in the operating instructions for the jumping castle, which will take about 5 bins. The castle must be in the alike condition as we left it. Notification must be given when making your booking if the set up site is not on a grassed surface.
